The Weather Outside is Frightful!

As we drove to the airport, the flakes began slowly drifting down. When we arrived, it was already falling thick and fast. Fortunately, we were on our way out - to the great state of perpetual rain: Washington. When we landed, however, things were not as green as expected. I had been feeling a bit blue to leave my white Christmas behind, but it followed me (even if the snow plows didn't - not even a snow shovel could be found). And, as we bid our final farewells to this back-to-the-rain-finally state, we found a thin layer of white frosting the ground, as if to say:
Go back home and take the snow with you already!!
